The Fergus Pipe Band led a Legion Colour Guard in to the cemetery grounds for the service. The Fergus Brass Band proved music for the national anthems and the hymns. Decoration Day honours both those who have served their country and those who serve in the armed forces now.
The Fergus Pipe Band is proud of its association with the Fergus Legion, appreciative of the support that the Legion provides the band and respectful of the service that Legion members past and present provide their national and local community.

Fergus Pipe Band Honours Fergus Legion Decoration Day
Under the direction of Pipe Major Jim Stewart and Drum Sergeant Alex Hobler the pipers and drummers from the Fergus Pipe Band were honoured to be part of the Decoration Day Service held at the Belsyde Cemetery.The Fergus Pipe Band led a Legion Colour Guard in to the cemetery grounds for the service.
